How do i set my signature and avatar?

i cant for some reason
how do i set them?
and how do create profile/background?

Up on the right sight "Settings", then a new window show up at the left site on "Change Profile or Signature".

U have to make this :

[img]URSIG[/img]

And I don't think you can have a profile background :\
