This is a build for a bone spear/spirit necro(lvl 79 w/ all skill quests)

Put as little str in as possible. (35 naked)
Dex for block (85 naked)
Rest split between vit and energy. Personally i put about 2/3 vit and 1/3 energy.

Bone Spear-20
Bone Spirit-20
Decrepify-1
Bone Prison-15
Bone Armor-15
