my personal opinion that a straight lite sorc with an infinite might merc is the best way to go.

max lite bolt
max lightning
max chain lite
max mastery
1 into warmth
1 into tele
1 into energy shield

with use of a hoto
spirit shield
2 soj(bk)
archnid
coh
+3 lite ammy
3lite circ
anni
storch
cta if you question your life stats
spirit shield
treks or travs
magefists

Merc
Dream or delirium
fort
Infinite E Ca

enough str that your torch and anni don't cover
then I have seen best response for split life and mana for the rest

I think griffons or a 5/-5 Shako would be better than just a +3 Lightning Skills circlet.. and also Eschutas over Hoto for way more damage.
Also you could say to put the rest of the points into Nova.. because that also increases your lightning damage and if you're not going to be ES then there is no point in putting 1 into ES.
