If ur a member on rs, just post a message about it in thier forums under tech support, if u want help mayby u should be more specific, just saying rs won't load, can mean many diffred problems, however, most ursual is that the java applet is outdated, this happened to me twice..

Uptade you'r java , try to use another kind of internet ( mizzola firefox )
