? what you paid for was the installation of the game and additionally, a working set of unused, unmuted cd keys to use.

i gave you both.
yes there was a slight mishap, but at this point you have a 100% working copy of the game since i resolved the problem. why then do i owe you a refund?

i'm not going to refund you AFTER you have already gotten everything you needed in working condition.
