so i'm trying to retrieve my password on my real account, i type in my email but i dont recieve anything in my mail, tried 10hours ago and a few other times until now but i dont have anything

yes i looked in my spams

sorry, didnt find another way to ask help but to create this other account

You 100% positive you're using the correct email? I'll forward this to Cinemax and he can help you further when he logs on. I can't see emails.

tried to use another email to see what happends and it said to me that the email dosent match the one i provided, so im sure i'm using the good one

Alright no problem. Just wait for him to get on and he'll respond here or update me with information to give you. I'm locking this account just for precaution. Obviously it goes without saying don't try to trade on this account in the mean time. We'll get this situation sorted out as soon as possible smile

He had access to the email that was on the account, I send him an email for confirmation and he knew the confirmation number so I set new pass from the recovery code I sent him.
