My idea:
1. Repayment only to the scammed user. Scammed user has gone? Leave the scamtag.
2. "Reputation" - Leave all rep there. Don't remove them once a scamtagged user gets un-tagged.

Like mewtwo said, that is to be worked out.
I personally think it's MUCH better than the current system.
Member A decides to repay the person he scammed, Member B.
Member B has been afk for months.
So Member A donates the amount to the site.
Member B comes back, the person the scammed him is unlocked and he didn't get a damn thing. wtf
at least with my proposed method,
Member A decides to repay the person he scammed, Member B.
Member B has been afk for months.
Member A's refund is used to compensate Member C, someone who was previously scammed.
At least when Member B comes back (IF) he will be eligible to gain something back for his trouble.
Sure, the idea is simple. You can tweak it, like if Member A gets scammed by Member B and Member B repays, make a not of it, that means Member A gets put in a "vip" spot on the list, for people who's scammer have repayed, but it didn't go directly to them due to activity issues. Then he will get the next repay, if the designated person is refunded or locked/scammer.
The MAIN thing is, repaying people who have scammed.
It's sickening to know that Tram will get the repay with as little changes as he makes to the site.
I'm not trying to bash Tram, I love him and the site, but when all he does is pay for the domain and server hosting... Members are worth more. |
I had the same thought as this even before ever seeing this and this could work and be a very good way of doing things it will take some work but it can happen for instance any and all scammed victims should leave a Email they check often that way they can be reached if they afk also let them know if they afk and the scammer repays they will get a Email with one week to respond and collect his repayment and if he does not respond in the time frame his/hers payment will be put in the scammers repayment ACT and if and when the scammer decides to repay have him repay to a PayPal then send that money to a Payment central PayPal and if the victim does not respond to the Email then he is very aware the his payment is going to the repay ACT then if he does decide to ever respond or ever come back then he can be put on the top of the repay ACTs list .....
There is so many ways around all this to make it very effective and very sought after other then the repayment act that is on hand now ....
And remember if this does go in to effect them im more then willing to help out in any way
/e Oh the whole well what if I don't or they don't have a PayPal ??? Well there is other ways for instants a Paysafe Card or BitCoin or E transfer or any other CURENCY able repayments oh ok you don't have any of those well here is a thought PayPal is free to make so make one and repay fuck tard don't come here scam and then think we should have any pitty for you ....
Oh did everyone also see how I said CURENCY well that's because if the victim is afk and unreachable then that is and will be the only way for you to repay
