| Since no one's actually answered the question, the program is called Serby's CD-Key Changer. It's been around since 2000, if not earlier, I believe. |

well im confused as to what kind of viewer he means..? just a viewer to check and see if the key is legit? if so i believe serbies has that |

Well, Diablo II's setup.exe will do that. Serby's only checks your installed CD-Key. |
