|
|
So basically I had bought a 03 account on this site, they didn't tag me or anything. Used it for 5-6 months straight fine. Eventually gathered around 16k fg on the account. ((had up to 32k))
I ended up using vpn's like hotspot shield while on d2jsp on that account by accident, having them on and not knowing. Anyways next thing you know the account password has been changed, along with email.
Wasn't hacked because no activity since I was logged out. I email account recovery, they tell me my computer is keylogged, yet I'm on a new comp. So I'm assuming they think my account was keylogged? I'm using the email that WAS on there before they changed it. Anyways am I pretty much fucked because jsp thinks I was keylogged and they changed my info? lol. Opened a recovery twice now, both took around 10 days for a reply. |

No. Nobody changed the pass to my email. But I mean for em to recover my pass with email.. that didn't work, because they changed the email on the account. Like I said it's been a while since anyone has logged into the account, so I know it was njag or someone else. But as I said above, everytime I file a report.. takes 10 days or more for them to respond, and they just say my computer has been keylogged. ((Which like I said, I know it isn't.)) |

Yes. Changed pass and no warning in email about it. Then when I went to recover they changed email on me. So I sent recovery form stating I don't have the email on the account, and they just keep telling me I'm keylogged when i am not.

How did you finally get it back? Problem is I bought this account like 6 months before this happened. I keep explaining to them what I can. Emailing them on the email that was ON the account. |

So apparently.. it has something to do with having someone donate for me on jsp. He scans the account. I made it to donor forum access but soon after that my account pass etc was changed. Also people with the same problem as me, are getting the same responses. That the "computer has been keylogged"
He does this to people with high amounts of FG, with suspected "bought" accounts. |

Still need help with this! I checked, I have around 11k on the account. lol It was a bought 03, like I siad, used it for about 6 months before njag changed the password.
Here's my responses from account recovery:
First response:
Hello,
You recently submitted a request for an account recovery at the d2jsp forums. This email is to notify you that your recovery request could not be completed.
Your computer has been keylogged. Please follow the steps in this guide to clean your computer before submitting a new request: http://forums.d2jsp.org/info.php?p=51 -- Additionally, you should create/choose a new email, and new passwords once your computer is reformatted/cleaned of all infections. Never download any hacks/cheats/third party programs for games, as all of them contain keyloggers that are undetectable by traditional virus scanners.
Thanks!
Second response:
Hello,
You recently submitted a request for an account recovery at the d2jsp forums. This email is to notify you that your recovery request could not be completed.
The information you provided was not able to be confirmed or validated. This could be due to faulty or incomplete information. We apologize, but we will be unable to help you further at this time based upon the information you provided.
Thanks!
*This is an automated email sent by the d2jsp system. All replies will go to an unmonitored email box.*
This is so damn shady. So he changes my password with all that FG on the account lol. Anyone else have any luck with this? Ty!

Unfortunately, I don't.
I also just lost another account with 22k.
Both were most definitely used on seperate IP and computers. Honestly I'm about to just say screw it for jsp. That's around $300-400 worth of cash lost. The only reason I like jsp, is the ability so switch my "well worth" game items over to newer games I play. Seems buying a jsp account is just too unsafe if you plan to have a high amount of FG.
Hell, I'm even skeptical of selling items for a decent amount of FG with an account that's 3 months old. In any case I'll just accept it as a loss, I think it's pretty obvious here this is a passive way for njag to ban those he suspects is a multi/bought account. Just kind of hard to suck this up and let it go. |

that will be your problem if you have even the slightest inconsistency in your ip logs kiss your acc goodbye especially if your using a vpn, vps, proxy or anything other program designed to keep your ip protected / hidden.
tbh if i were id give up you will be doing the account recovery until the end of time and getting the same automated response " this information cannot be validated" |

Well I already had my actual IP changed. The proxies were for other games. However it was hotspot shield I was using, so someone most likely had the same proxy in use. But yeah, lost all this, and two full wow accounts. ((Though my fault for botting on those.))
With that said though, anyone know how safe d2jsp is with newer accounts? I was told when I was going to use this site, to just buy an older account, simply because newer accounts with large amounts of FG, are sometimes locked, or have their password changed. It's hard to believe njag would actually do this, but from the looks of it, he is. |

Unfortunately older accounts fall victim to the same thing as newer accounts. Best way is to buy one close to where you live at and get it with an email so you don't have to change the email, but once you acquire the email make sure there are no secondary email accounts attached to it so you can't be scammed.
lol that was a lot of the word email....

Ty, yeah I may or may not buy one. I'd have to go on the word of the seller, so not sure if that's really safe for me. ((As far as them saying the location.)) Then I'd still have to worry about them recovering. I may or may not continue using the new account I have. And I may.. just forget about jsp all together, or maybe just use it, but never keep large amounts of FG on the account. |
