you send paypal first (as a gift), i've done enough trades on d2jsp, and have over 2000 vouches on twitch stream to warrant you trading first, already got scammed once today on d2jsp, not happening on d3jsp.

maybe u got scammed on d2jsp because its against the rules to trade fg for $? Can't really report someone for scamming you if you're not allowed to do it...
