Hey man!

I use: Cisco Anyconnect Secure mobility client.

This allows me to use d2jsp from any country i desire, its easy to use and works like a charm. I would advice you to use a firefox browser specifically for d2jsp, and disable java.

The only thing about the prog, is that it costs money $ /month, but its not expensive and allows you the usage of d2jsp.
