These mediations do NOT prevent you from chargebacks... however prevent the physical hit and run scamming..

How it'll work:

One user will provide collateral in D3 IGG or RSGP to the mediator

Trade will ensue, once both ends come through, the IGG/RSGP is returned.
At the moment, Monkey D. Luffy, Ref, And I can hold d3 IGG

And I can hold RSGP.
