Make sure other user is verified, or try my best to find out if the paypal belongs to him
Make sure the buyer is not using a proxy
What I Wont do:
Hold funds: D2jsp and Paypal $
Guarantee against a chargeback, as no one can stop that except the user that trades you
Scam you
