I've got a couple issues I need to address as a community.
Many people don't understand why or how the staff could be corrupt, and the staff throws the word around like it's a negative term.
Here's a couple minor issues, I'll get to the bigger issues later.
Advisors, they're a very helpful group (tag defines that), although some of them are almost never posting or haven't been seen for a large amount of days. (ex. Last Click 114 Days, 5 Hours ago)
Here's a bigger issue that should concern everyone.
Junior Moderators, they're extremely helpful, they almost run the forum as a whole if everyone else is inactive in the staff team, although as of now there's only 1 active JM and if something is reported, he's the only person to handle it. So if the JM does something that is against the rules, he handles it, unless it's taken to a higher authority (SM/Admin).

Please, everyone wants to better the community and forum, so chip in now.

But on a serious note, these threads are pretty annoying.
Mods are not the problem.
The faults with the site are issues we do not and can not fix, they are above us. If those were fixed, we would do our job. But that will never happen.
Stop making staff suggestions and make suggestions that actually would affect the site.
Aka, upgrades.
