I've recently had a difficult time with the Title feature. Members having the ability to change another member's title for a small fee.

Remove "Change the custom title of another member"
Completely remove/disable the feature so any normal member cannot purchase the feature for another member.

Increase the fee (currently 300fg)
Increase the price, so the member rethinks about their transaction before purchasing the feature.

Optional to the member [Yes/No]
Give the member the right to allow other members to purchase this feature for them.

In the end, I don't understand completely on why this option is available. It's three times the cost of doing it yourself. Why would a member pay 300 forum gold to change their 'friends' title when they could give their friend 100 forum gold to change it. UNLESS, they cause was for a negative reaction, which would be against the rules.

Honestly I thought the same thing when I seen it. Wtf would I want someone to change my title for when I just worked so hard to get fg to buy a nice custom title for me and some douche changes it unless I like it better than my original one.. haven't been myslef past few days so I said ef the fg and tried it out... trouble followed. So yeah I say raise the wager on title change... (:
