What's the current going rate for say $1m IGG to FG?

Roughly 1-2K FG.

Depending on who you're buying/selling to.

if d3 19-22$
or if d2 into igg
1500fg is 1mil gold

Ah ok, I was speaking in respect to D3jsp, I guess most people will just trade real $ instead of FG on d3jsp?

D3JSP FG vs. D2JSP FG ratio is anywhere from 1:2 to 1:3, depending who you trade with.

I only ever use 1:2.

You can sell IGG here for about 2K-3K D3JSP FG/1 Million.
