installation issue

Hey guys i havent played d2 or been on jsp in ages. any way i just got home with my copie of d3
an as i try to install it i get an error

The Fire From The Sky Still Falls.
Diablo III Has Not Yet Launched.

So i read a few forums an the only solution i could find was to update my date an time BIOS but im
still having the same error.
Anyone have any ideas on what i need to do here??

if your cmos battery is low it wont keep the correct time and date, among other issues.

make sure time/date is correct in bios and windows although they should be the same.

download the installer again.
