I'm really for getting some changes visually to the forums, and maybe some innovative thinking and new ways to do certain things.
If you have an idea on some things you'd like to be changed, visually, to the site please post them, I want to see other people's ideas on what you'd like to see removed or added. Now whether they'll happen is beyond me, it's not my decision.
If you've already posted a thread that hasn't been responded to, you can just link it to me here.

I'm not a fan of the large banner, personally.
Or at least the transitions.
I would like have 2-3 good ones rotating rather than like six of them.
But what do you mean by a mascot?

yeah i agree a more sleek and slender banner would be more visually appealing plus it would allow you to see more of the forum when the pages load
I would also suggest condensing the menus and hyperlinks into a smaller area that hugs other features more rightly i hate always having to scroll down just to see the forums
also as for a mascot i meant some sort of character or object that identifies d3jsp, like a fetish or maybe a microchip or something technical related.
or just a plain banner with no pic at all, ive seen them in the changing banners, i think banner5 is one.

actually i really like banner 8 just trim it and make it more slender, maybe even shape it to hold the menus inside of the area of the picture

@Bolded - I've actually suggested that exact idea in staff.
Also, banner 10 is my favorite. The tristram D3 picture.

Remove the damn reputation. It helps scammer to scam new people on website. This is useless ive done over 150 trade and never asked for a rep when trade was done. This is really useless exept for scammer.
also remove the game under the banner.

Rep - I don't see that happening anytime soon. Though I wouldn't mind it being gone.
Game banners - Agreed, I've suggested it before and they were never removed. They are really nasty looking indeed.
DF/SM colors - I wouldn't see a point in changing it. If I remember correctly, different people are color blind to specific colors, so what you may normally someone else will be complaining about.

i agree with the game banner but i didnt suggest it because i didnt think it would happen
i did however suggest that they minimize its area by incorporating it into the shape of the banner
also ive never seen banner #10
but if you just cut into the bottom of the banner and make it see through then youcould put all of those games inside of the banners area, they will all still be there but it will take less room |

rep is a great idea, it just needs a lot more work.
should make it harder to give/get rep. i see people saying "rep me and ill rep you" and they're like 2 days old with 30 post.
maybe you should have to be a member for 3 months, or 6 months or w.e before you can rep.
raise the post requirement to like 100.
right now it's to easy for scammers to take advantage of the rep system...
I noticed chess and those other games, is it possible to integrate poker into the site? I think that would bring some activity to the site.
