Getting Around d2jsp bans

If i clear all cookies/history from all browsers, and run through Tor. would i be able to create a new d2jsp account w/o getting banned as long as i always run it through tor?

if i need to delete anything else what do i need to delete to get around d2jsp bans

So long as your IP is masked, you should be able to use the site just fine.
