it depends on circumstances for me
If the friend didn't hurt anyone emotionally/unemotionally then = no
If he did then YES, coz he doesn't deserve to be called a friend of mine

yes if someone scams and tells you about it you should 100% totally definitely post them and get them locked.

He didnt scam Dylan, he scammed richie, that was richies call, he should have give s/s to richie and let him deal with it. Instead he knifed jaja in the back and sent to a Mod while acting like they were friends. Acting like your sum1's friend to get close to them so they trust you just to nark em out.. hmm.. isnt that scamming them into believing your friends. Trust is about non scamming i thought?

so you all know this. i personally consulted both richie AND alexstorms before i did anything. this is the second time youve tried to make me out to be a bad person for "narking" on him. the reason i did this was because i had the evidence obtained in my posession to get him locked and richie did not. i asked richie if he wanted me to let alex know and he said yes. so i let alexstorms know, sent him all the information, and jaja76 was locked. richie was happy, alex was happy, i was happy, most people were happy to have another scammer off the forums.

as for my personal connection to jaja... he was on my friends list because he mooched off me for uber leveling, and he was trustworthy enough for me to be able to x-fer with him at the time, he wouldnt have stolen and he never did. but im sorry, i cannot be friends with a scammer. i wasnt going to sit there and knowingly let a scammer roam the forums.

i personally felt that it would be better for richie, trust guild, and d2jsp as a whole to have jaja76 locked. had i let jaja76 stay unlocked, i wouldve felt more guilty about letting him roam the forums than have abandonned a friend.

i did consult richie before i acted on anything. i did what was in his best intrest.
