also, if im locked on d2jsp on 2 accounts, every account i make gets banned - will i still get banned if you make it?

maybe because (in example) you use a account made in germany, while you leave in states, they'll know that it's not yours account and than you did buy it / made a multi.
i think this explain it, or check your cookies, temp files, get a new ip / proxy

The last person on the account's IP is the only IP they see, so as far as they know you still created it.
