Clan Ranks completed

You can now assign ranks to your clan members. The ranks which you can assign will be 0-8 where 0 is the lowest and 8 is the highest. Note that members with rank 8 will be able to (not yet completed) access the clan leader panel and the co-leader functionality will be completely removed in the future, since all members with 8 access can access the panel

The members in clan leader panel are not yet sorted by ranks and I might be able to code that later (stupid linked lists) -> Done, now even the control panel ranks are sorted. Please wait until it finishes loading before assigning another member

*The page refreshes instantly when the ranks are changed, no need to click submit
