Lag Help?

So this is ONLY on runescape. No other games. My internet is fine, drivers up to date, video card and hard drive are awesome, just cleared alot of crap off my computer and my other 2 computers are running fine internet-wise also.
It will go great but lag every 5 seconds. It's really annoying.
Anyone know how to fix this? Any reasonable suggestions are appreciated. Thanks in advance!

You forget an important detail. What browser are you using?

it could be jagex, i know their doing alot of updates to get rid of bots.
