some forums have many outdated or useless stickies
some of them should be deleted/taken off:
example of us east nl forum:

the price guide was an announcement when blueballs was diablo mod he made that announcement for the diablo east ladder and i think it went to all of them but im not 100%

the shop items is not a trade thread its the items that he has for the shop
the fg goes to the bank i think

y not make lvling services stickied it help people find them even know one of the guys is locked now and the other rarely gets on ( requesting to get removed )

official forum rules are posted in every forum but yea the trade rules and the forum rule pretty much are the same but there are differences

ill requet for some of this to be taken care of
