I would just like to add that if you are using a GriefZ, you must get one with 34 or more IAS, and you will also need 20% IAS on another item, such as your gloves. Also you should fill your inventory with a torch (stats over resistances),an annihilus (stats over resistances here too), and as many life small charms that you can get your hands on (with resistances as 2ndary mods if possible).
