be good mannered, do something useful for the site (suggestions, report spam, help solving SAs, that kind of things) become staffs friend, if you are in the staff of any other site you can get a tag here, become know and trusthworthy, get many reps, answer questions ( whistling ), help new comers, dont spam and follow the rules
